A private buyer has purchased a nearly 23,000-square-foot industrial building in Trenton, under a newly announced transaction by NAI Fennelly.
The seller, Compass, completed the deal at 626 Brunswick Ave. as part of a consolidation of its real estate holdings in and around Philadelphia. NAI Fennelly’s Jerry Fennelly represented the company, a distributor of store fixtures and displays, noting that the sale allowed it to shed more than $100,000 in annual real estate and operating costs while providing capital to make strategic improvements at the remaining two buildings in its portfolio.
Terms were not disclosed.
“We take great pride in our ability to not only operate as transaction managers but also as key pieces in helping clients achieve their business goals,” said Fennelly, president of the Hamilton-based brokerage firm. “The sale of 626 Brunswick exemplifies the NAI Fennelly difference and how we leverage our unmatched understanding of our local markets and experience to drive results on behalf of a wide range of clients across the region.”
In a news release, Fennelly noted that 626 Brunswick Ave. is less than a mile from Route 1. The single-story, 22,600-square-foot building has 12- to 18-foot ceiling heights, three loading docks and one drive-in.
