A compounding pharmacy has leased more than 1,800 square feet at a Woodbridge office building, according to a brokerage team with NAI James E. Hanson.
The operator, MedQuest Pharmacy, will use its new ground-floor space at 1030 St. Georges Ave. to serve the property’s medical tenants, its patients and surrounding communities, NAI Hanson said. It joins a host of specialty health care providers at the 70,000-square-foot professional and medical office building in the township’s Avenel section, which has a newly upgraded lobby and common areas, as well as ample on-site parking and a location just off Routes 1 & 9.
NAI Hanson vice presidents Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the landlords, Orchard Enclave LLC and Virginia Gardens LLC, in the 1,828-square-foot transaction.
