A distributor of energy equipment and other products has purchased a nearly 15,000-square-foot industrial flex building in Teterboro, in a deal arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
The buyer, S Platform Logistics LLC, paid an undisclosed sum for the single-story property at 50 Hollister Road in Teterboro, according to a news release. NAI Hanson senior vice presidents Andrew Somple and John J. Schilp and Associate Jessica Curry represented the seller, 50 Hollister LLC, touting the site’s flexible zoning and access to Teterboro Airport and highways including routes 46 and 17, Interstate 80 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
The 14,664-square-foot facility, which sits on 0.57 acres, blends warehouse functionality with office capabilities and features 17-foot clear ceiling heights, two tailgate loading docks, 25 surface parking spaces and a fully monitored wet sprinkler system throughout.
“Industrial assets that offer strong infrastructure, efficient layouts and proximity to major transportation hubs continue to attract significant interest,” Curry said. “50 Hollister Road’s functionality and location made it an attractive opportunity in a highly competitive submarket.”
The team added that the site is also served by NJ Transit bus and rail service and is roughly 10 miles from the Lincoln Tunnel.
“Well-located industrial properties in Teterboro remain in limited supply, and this transaction reflects continued demand from buyers seeking flexibility, access and long-term value,” Somple said.
