An appliance wholesaler is relocating within Fairfield after signing a 10,400-square-foot industrial lease in the township, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced.
The user, Trible’s, is taking space at 18 Commerce Road under a deal with RFP 18 Fairfield Associates LLC, an entity controlled by The Richards and Robbins Group of Morristown. Its new home provides it with a location between Route 46 and Interstate 80, NAI Hanson said, allowing for the speedy delivery of its products throughout the region.
“Relationships stand at the heart of our success in representing tenants across northern New Jersey,” NAI Hanson’s Scott Perkins, who represented the tenant alongside Chris Todd, said in a prepared statement. “We had worked with Trible’s ten years ago to find their former home in Fairfield and when their needs changed, they knew there was only one company they trusted to help them find a home once again.”
Trible’s is a wholesale distributor of appliances, HVAC equipment and supplies, appliance parts, tools and accessories, according to a news release. Already based in Fairfield, the company has more than 250 employees and 35 locations across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
Features at 18 Commerce Road include 24-foot ceiling heights, one drive-in and multiple loading docks.
