A growing industrial user has purchased a 5,000-square-foot building in Hackensack, in a newly announced transaction by NAI James E. Hanson.
According to the brokerage firm, HVAC Mechanical Corp. will use the space at 15 Van Orden Place to house its metal fabrication and pipe fitting operations. The company paid an undisclosed price in the deal, NAI Hanson said, touting the building’s proximity to interstates 80 and 95 and a series of recent renovations.
“This deal further underscores our team’s unique ability to construct marketing strategies that take advantage of the high demand for versatile industrial spaces across the state of New Jersey,” NAI Hanson’s Dominic Fittizzi said in a prepared statement. “Through our unmatched market expertise, NAI Hanson is able to repeatedly fill vacant spaces and connect buyers with properties that are well suited to the growing needs of their businesses.”
Fittizzi represented both the buyer and the seller, Paul Pytal. He noted that 15 Van Orden Place has 2,900 square feet to accommodate the building’s 12 internal offices, which can be removed for added warehouse space. The property also has a fenced-in private parking lot and industrial drive-in, along with a new security system and a recently installed Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof.
