NAI James E. Hanson has added to the sales team in its Parsippany office.
The real estate services firm announced recently that it hired Gates W. Frassetto as an associate. He will work closely with the team of Josh Levering and Barry Cohorsky on office and industrial sales and leasing.
Prior to NAI Hanson, Frassetto was an intern with Garden State Realty LLC, where he led market research initiatives working with various databases and municipalities, according to a news release. He also surveyed business parks to ensure up-to-date records regarding tenant occupancy.
Frassetto graduated in May 2018 from The University of Alabama, where he earned a bachelor’s in commerce and business administration with a specialization in real estate.
“Gates’ strong academic track record coupled with a passion for the field position him well to develop the skills to succeed in this new role,” Levering said. “His prior coursework and internship experience lay the groundwork necessary to become a valuable member of our firm.
