A home furnishing firm will occupy more than 20,000 square feet at a Paterson industrial building, following a deal brokered by NAI James E. Hanson.
The brokerage said Tuesday that it represented the landlord, Weny Pat, in the lease at 106 McLean Blvd. The tenant, Mobista Home Furnishing LLC, will use the 23,152-square-foot space as its first location.
NAI Hanson’s Scott Perkins and Chris Todd handled the assignment for the Hackensack-based brokerage. Mark Sanders of Lerman Sanders represented the tenant.
“This property was well positioned to accommodate a wide variety of potential tenants given its location and flexible layout providing both warehousing and administrative space in one location,” Perkins said in a prepared statement. “This transaction fits with the broader trend we have seen of new companies searching for well-maintained and versatile industrial space in this northern New Jersey submarket.
“We were able to bring a new business to Paterson while securing a new and growing tenant for our client.”
The industrial property includes 20,981 square feet of warehouse space and 2,171 square-feet of office space, along with four loading docks and 14- to 22-foot-clear ceiling heights, the news release said. The location offers easy access to Interstate 80 and Route 208.
