A servicer of cell phone towers has leased 7,400 square feet of industrial space in Hackensack, under a newly completed transaction by NAI James E. Hanson.
The real estate services firm on Thursday announced the lease at 74 Green St. by AGL Development LLC. The tenant is relocating from 150 Hobart St., also in Hackensack, after inking the deal with landlord 74 Green St. LLC.
NAI Hanson’s Dominic Fittizzi represented both parties.
“Having an exemplary knowledge of the trends as well as forging strong relationships within the northern New Jersey marketplace help me find the perfect fit for each of my individual clients,” Fittizzi said. “In negotiating this deal, I was able to leverage that high level of understanding of the Hackensack market to negotiate a deal that was mutually beneficial for both of my clients.”
In a news release, NAI Hanson cited 74 Green St.’s proximity to downtown Hackensack. AGL Development, which wires cell phone towers in the New York City market, will benefit from the site’s quick access to the George Washington Bridge, the Lincoln Tunnel and the area’s major highways.
