NAI James E. Hanson has promoted brokers Dominic Fittizzi and Jonathan Kristofich to the role of vice president, the Teterboro-based real estate services firm announced Tuesday.
Fittizzi, who joined the company in 2008, is responsible for all aspects of commercial real estate sales and specializes in strategic planning, profit and loss management, marketing, tactical sales and client relationship management, according to a news release. He has completed more than 80 industrial, land, office and retail transactions over the last 14 years with a combined value of just under $80 million.
“Solidifying yourself as a qualified and reputable broker in such a competitive market is no easy feat,” said William C. Hanson, president of NAI James E. Hanson. “Dominic’s proven ability to nurture new and existing client relationships is an invaluable asset to this firm as he consistently meets and raises the bar of what is expected of a successful broker in today’s high-stakes market. We’re so proud of Dominic for all he has accomplished and are excited to see what is ahead now.”
Kristofich, meantime, joined the firm in 2018 and advises owners in the disposition and finance of all types of commercial real estate, including investment properties, redevelopment sites and vacant properties. NAI Hanson cited his attention to detail and ability to identify creative solutions on behalf of his clients and the firm, adding that he has helped execute more than 25 transactions totaling 380,000 square feet during his tenure, with a combined value of just under $70 million.
He has represented family offices, estates and trusts, nonprofit institutes, high net-worth investors and developers as part of those deals.
“In a market as complex as ours, Jonathan’s proven reputation as a consummate professional and respected provider of strategic counsel have been critical in his high-level success to date,” Hanson said. “His growth since joining the firm has been remarkable and it’s clear that the future is bright for Jonathan as he steps into the next chapter of his career.”
