Longtime broker and health care specialist Kim Kretowicz has joined NAI James E. Hanson as a senior vice president, the real estate services firm announced Friday.
In her new role, Kretowicz will leverage her national industry relationships to spearhead the company’s continued growth in medical real estate, according to a news release. That includes representing health systems, physician specialty groups, family offices and private investors in medical outpatient investment sales, sale-leasebacks and medical office leasing assignments.
She’ll also focus on expanding NAI Hanson’s presence in Monmouth County, tapping into another area of expertise to help source office investment sales and agency leasing assignments.
“Kim’s wealth of experience, expansive network and client-focused approach make her a key addition to our team,” said William C. Hanson, president of the Teterboro-based firm. “Her leadership will be pivotal to expanding our health care platform and deepening our expertise in the Monmouth County market, and I’m excited to see her excel in this role.”
Kretowicz is a former senior managing director with Colliers and designated fellow within its National Healthcare Services Group, where she led health care investment sales and advisory assignments across the tristate region, with a particular focus on New Jersey. With NAI Hanson, she’ll also serve as a member of the NAI Global Healthcare Advisory Group.
“NAI James E. Hanson’s longstanding reputation for superior market expertise and delivering strong results for clients makes the firm an ideal fit for this next chapter of my career,” Kretowicz said. “I’m excited to join such a respected organization and look forward to helping clients navigate the complexities of the health care real estate market and transaction process.”
A nationally recognized leader across the health care real estate industry, Kretowicz is a frequent speaker at conferences hosted by BOMA International, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum and the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal, the news release said. She has also appeared on Hall Render’s Health Care Real Estate Advisor Podcast and been named as a GlobeSt. Influencer in Healthcare Real Estate, while she is a member of associations such as NAIOP and Women in Healthcare.
