Brokerage firm NAI Mertz has been tapped to lease a five-building, 33,400-square-foot office park in Berlin.
In a news release, the firm said it was awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for Tansboro Professional Campus at 20 East Taunton Road. Julie Kronfeld, sales associate, and Rebecca Ting, vice president, are marketing the property on behalf of the owner and developer, 20 East Taunton Road LLC.
The 11-year-old complex has availabilities ranging from 550 square feet to a whole building of 6,000 square feet, which can be leased or purchased. A separate 6,000-square-foot building, which has a vacant 3,400-square-foot suite and sits at the park’s entrance, is also being offered for sale as an ideal space for an owner-user.
“These buildings are an excellent opportunity for both small and large professional or medical office users,” Kronfeld said in a prepared statement. “The modern construction, amenities and convenient location near several popular roadways make the Tansboro Professional Campus a pleasant working environment that is easily accessible for employees and clients to reach.”
The complex is accessible by the Route 73 bypass and White Horse Pike in Camden County, with close proximity to the Virtua Voorhees Hospital and the Virtua Berlin Outpatient Complex. It is also near the Atco Train Station for the Atlantic City Rail Line and the Lindenwold PATCO.
