Levin Management Corp. has added a 10-year retail leasing veteran to its team.
In a news release Monday, the commercial real estate services firm announced the hiring of Kyle Farley as a senior leasing agent. He joins Levin Management after serving as the head of real estate at Zelnik & Co., a Manhattan-based retail real estate firm, and brings more than a decade of experience representing both tenants and landlord.
The Manhattan resident will now be responsible for leasing and marketing efforts at several regional shopping center properties, Levin Management said in a news release. The centers include Brunswick Shopping Center in North Brunswick, Aldrich Plaza in Howell, Rite Aid Center in Hackensack, Old Bridge Plaza in Old Bridge and Bayshore Plaza in Barnegat and River Plaza in Johnson City, New York.
“The LMC name is well-known within the New Jersey/New York shopping center industry, and its level of success is unmatched,” Farley said. “I am excited for the opportunity to grow my career with this dynamic organization, and look forward to contributing to its continued success.”
Prior to Zelnik & Co., Farley held positions at The Greenberg Group, Robert K. Futterman & Associates, CBRE and Rosen Associates. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Board of New York.
“We are pleased to welcome Kyle to our leasing team at a time of such positive company momentum and growth,” said Matthew K. Harding, LMC’s president. “A results-driven professional, his experience representing landlords and tenants, deep market knowledge, and exceptional client relationships undoubtedly will be an asset to our firm as we continue to expand our award-winning portfolio.”
