Bussel Realty Corp. has brokered the sale of a 95,483-square-foot warehouse in Piscataway, where the buyer now plans to relocate a manufacturing operation from New York City to its newly acquired space.
The firm announced this week that it represented ACMY in its $7.85 million acquisition of 4100 New Brunswick Ave. The seller was AK Piscataway Associates LP.
David Blitt and Robert Sager, both senior vice presidents with BRC, represented ACMY
“After a two-year property search, the Piscataway site was identified as a suitable relocation alternative,” Blitt said in a prepared statement. “ACMY will be relocating their New York City manufacturing operations. We assisted ACMY in assembling a relocation team that included experts advising on potential state incentives.”
The property sits near Exit 5 of Interstate 287, featuring ceiling heights ranging from 17 feet, six inches to 24 feet, Bussel said. The building also has a 4,890-square-foot office space, 100 covered parking spaces, six tailboards and one drive-in loading.
