The New Jersey Apartment Association hosted its Annual Golf Outing earlier this month, drawing top executives, service providers and other leaders from the state’s multifamily sector.
The outing, which took place Aug. 11 at Cedar Hill Golf & Country Club in Livingston, featured a day of competition, networking and dining including a buffet lunch and a cocktail and dinner reception, according to NJAA. The day ended with winners in several categories:
- Female closest to the pin: Christina Davis (Urban Practice)
- Male closest to the pin: Jim Cooley (Mohawk Industries)
- Female longest drive: Catherine Souder (South Oxford Management – The Hazel Jersey City)
- Male longest drive: Jay Robinson (JNR Group)

Foursome winners:
- 1st place: Ray Venturino (Tech Services Security LLC), Bill Handelong (Hilton Realty), Steve Ferrara (Jersey Elevator Co. Inc.), Lou DeMartino (Barbaro, DeMartino & Tucker Group)

NJAA leaders say the industry’s strength was on full display during the daylong event.
