3 Mountainview Road in Warren

A soon-to-be-upgraded, 103,000-square-foot office building in Warren is more than 75 percent leased with the completion of two recent transactions by Newmark Knight Frank.
The real estate services firm announced Thursday that it has leased 80,000 square feet at 3 Mountainview Road, where it represents Kushner Real Estate Group. The new tenants include PS&S and Matheson Tri Gas, which have committed to 44,000 and 36,000 square feet, respectively, and will occupy the building in 2020.
NKF Senior Managing Director Jamie Drummond and associate directors Andrew Perrotti and Dan Reider completed the assignment in conjunction with KRE Group’s Justin Gingeleskie. Peter Rasmusson and Brian Lynch of Lee & Associates represented Matheson Tri Gas, while Brad Fenlon of NKF represented PS&S.
Renovations are underway at 3 Mountainview, a three-story building just off Interstate 78.

According to NKF, the refreshed property will feature a new lobby, common areas, gym, conference center, full-service café and rest rooms.
