A local nonprofit has leased more than 2,100 square feet of commercial space along a major corridor in Cherry Hill, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented the undisclosed landlord in the transaction at 108 Kings Highway South. The tenant will occupy the freestanding, 2,116-square-foot building under a multiyear lease, benefiting from a location with “excellent visibility and accessibility … in one of Cherry Hill’s most sought-after commercial zones.”
Vantage Commercial Managing Director Emily Stein and Senior Adviser John Doss spearheaded the assignment on behalf of the longstanding client.
“We were honored to represent them in the original acquisition of the building and were later retained to oversee the leasing process,” Stein said. “Within just a few months of going to market, we identified and secured a high-quality tenant.”
Doss added: “This is a perfect example of a landlord and tenant alignment. The nonprofit was seeking a location that offered strong frontage, easy access and standalone identity, and this property checked every box. Our deep understanding of the local market enabled us to facilitate a successful outcome in a short timeframe.”
