A personal trust has sold a 2,400-square-foot mixed-use property in Hudson County for $740,000, according to a brokerage team with Marcus & Millichap.
In a news release, the firm said a private buyer closed on 7704 John F. Kennedy Blvd. in North Bergen after an online auction hosted by Ten-X.com, which the brokers used in order to expedite the transaction. New Jersey-based investment specialists Alan Cafiero, Binyamin Katz, Michael Fusco, Mark Gjonbalaj, Matt Leszyk, Peter Von Der Ahe and Seth Glasser represented the seller, while Cafiero, Gjonbalaj and Leszyk represented the undisclosed buyer.
“The auction process demonstrated that fully occupied properties in Hudson County attract significant investor demand,” Cafiero said. “More than 200 confidentiality agreements were executed resulting in 35 approved bidders for the auction.”
