Two office buildings totaling more than 80,000 square feet in Evesham are under new ownership, following a deal arranged by Colliers International Group.
Brokers in the firm’s Mount Laurel office represented the buyer in the sale of 400 and 406 Lippincott Drive, which are part of the South Crossing Office Complex, Colliers said. The new owner, identified as Villa Chapman Apartments LLC, has retained the firm as its leasing agent.
Evan Zweben and Ian Richman, both senior vice presidents in Colliers’ Mount Laurel office, handled the assignment. The seller, LSOP 3 NJ LLC, a related entity of Somerset Properties and Greenfield, was represented in-house.
The property sits just off Route 73 and Brick Road in the Marlton section of the township, Colliers said in a news release. Tenants include Citizens Bank, Advocare, South Jersey Fertility, the General Services Administration and others.
“The former owner, Somerset Properties and Greenfield, did an outstanding job maintaining the buildings and bringing quality tenants to the portfolio,” Zweben said in a prepared statement. “We have availabilities ranging from 2,500 to 10,000 square feet — all have excellent window lines, share beautiful common lobbies (building 400), and direct-access (building 406).”
