Commercial real estate industry veteran Lilian Pacheco has joined Levin Management Corp. as a controller, the North Plainfield-based firm announced Tuesday.
In a news release, the real estate services provider said Pacheco brings 20 years of experience that includes all aspects of financial management for commercial and residential properties and the construction industry. She’s now working alongside LMC’s Paul Tavaglione, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and Rose Meno, controller, as part of a team that oversees the accounting and lease administration departments with a variety of responsibilities.
“Levin Management has an impressive reputation in the real estate industry,” Pacheco said. “The company’s significant growth and a corporate culture that embraces new ideas and technologies makes it an attractive place to work. I look forward to utilizing my skillset to contribute to Levin’s continued progress and success.”
The Rahway resident most recently was a senior vice president and controller at Russo Development, the news release said. She previously held positions at Colgate Development, The Lightstone Group and Simon Property Group, having earned a bachelor’s in accounting from Northeastern University.
