Greek Real Estate Partners and Principal Asset Management have filled a new industrial facility in Pennsylvania, leasing more than 210,000 square feet to a robotics-driven packaging firm.
The facility, 900 Wheeler Way in Langhorne, will allow Sojo Industries to expand its existing footprint in Bucks County, according to a news release. It will also support the company’s fast-growing mobile manufacturing platform, Sojo FlightTM, which enables beverage and consumer packaged goods brands to streamline variety pack production through automation and robotics.
Avison Young’s Jim Scott represented Sojo in the long-term, 210,564-square-foot deal at the Langhorne Logistics Center. Greek Real Estate Partners Vice President of Leasing Jason Fisch and Senior Leasing Associate Patrick Reistrom represented ownership.
“900 Wheeler Way was designed to deliver operational excellence and adaptability for next- generation users,” Fisch said. “Sojo is exactly the kind of innovative company we envisioned when developing this asset. Their long-term commitment affirms the strength of the Bucks County industrial market and the strategic value of this location.”
The deal marks one of the region’s largest industrial leases of 2025 and positions the new GREP facility as a hub for advanced manufacturing and distribution, the firm said, highlighting its location off Interstate 295 and minutes from Interstate 95, Route 1 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The building also has 40-foot clear heights, 31 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 80 trailer stalls and 209 parking spaces, with a highly efficient layout ideal for high-volume throughput and automation.
“900 Wheeler Way offers an unmatched combination of accessibility, scalability and infrastructure,” said Bar-Cohen, founder and CEO of Sojo. “This facility gives us the power to double down on innovation, grow our operations and expand into adjacent sectors.”
Greek Design|Build will customize the space for Sojo to accommodate four automated packaging lines, a robotics research and development area and office space for engineers and high-tech operators. The facility is expected to be fully operational by the fourth quarter of this year.
“We’re proud to lease 900 Wheeler Way to such an exciting, fast-growing company,” said David Greek, managing partner at GREP. “This is exactly the kind of momentum we envisioned for the property, and we’re looking forward to seeing their continued success in a space built to support growth.”
