16-00 Route 208 South in Fair Lawn

Two tenants have expanded their footprint inside of a three-story office building in Fair Lawn, according to representatives from Pagano Co. who brokered the deals.
Both firms, Ulma Form Works Inc. and Bushoven & Co. CPAs, have moved to 16-00 Route 208 South within the last three years, Pagano said in a news release. The former is an international formwork and shoring firm for concrete construction, which has now expanded by 93 percent with its new lease 10,250 square feet.
Richard Abdy from Emily Abdy Realty Group represented the tenant, while Nikki Pagano from Pagano Co. represented ownership.
Bushoven & Co., a second-generation full-service accounting firm, moved to the building from its first location in Midland Park in early 2015 and has since expanded by 23 percent. The firm occupies 3,300 square feet.
Pagano also served as the agent for the transaction.
“Meeting new companies and learning about their business operations is an exciting part of my job,” Pagano Real Estate Agent Nikki Pagano said, “but seeing existing companies that I have worked with expand within a few years shows excellent growth in the market.”
Located just outside Paramus, the building sits across Route 208 from the new mixed-used Fair Lawn Promenade with anchor tenants such as Starbucks and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza.
