Paramount Realty has sold a nearly 7,400-square-foot stirp center in Flemington for $7.5 million, brokers with Marcus & Millichap announced last week.
According to a news release, the property at 289 Route 202 is home to Aspen Dental, the largest branded dental organization in the world, and a CityMD urgent care center. The 7,388-square-foot center also benefits from a renovation last year and its proximity to retailers such as Chipotle and Chick-fil-A.
“Unanchored strips with national tenants are a popular category today among private and institutional investors,” said Dean Zang, an executive managing director for investments with Marcus, who spearheaded the sale to a local private investor.
Zang represented the seller alongside the firm’s David Crotts, Alan Cafiero and Brent Hyldahl. Tom Georges, a vice president in Northmarq’s New York City office, represented the buyer.
