Langan has promoted a veteran engineer based in its Parsippany headquarters, in one of seven newly announced moves across its leadership team.
Jeff Stoicescu, who is now a principal, rises to the role with nearly 30 years of engineering, permitting and construction experience in a wide range of sectors including aviation, oil and gas, major and minor commercial developments, industrial improvements and environmental cleanups for sites across the United States and around the world. His experience focuses on the geotechnical, environmental and site civil engineering aspects of projects, from due diligence through detailed design, program management, construction, commissioning and post-construction compliance.
Langan noted that Stoicescu has been key to its emergence as a consultant capable of supporting complex projects in the aviation space.
“A natural leader and proven expert in his field, Jeff has applied his experience and connections to build a team of technical experts that handle projects at airports across the country, including Newark, JFK, LAX, Chicago O’Hare, Dallas-Fort Worth and more,” Langan wrote in its announcement. “Currently, he is leading multiservice teams on many of Langan’s largest projects at JFK Airport.”
