A private investor has sold a nearly 27,000-square-foot shopping center in Paterson for $4 million, in a transaction arranged by Marcus & Millichap.
In a news release Friday, the brokerage firm announced the sale of 422-446 Madison Ave. to another private investor. Also known as Madison Ave Shopping Center, the complex sits less than a mile from Route 20.
Marcus & Millichap investment specialists Ben Sgambati, Alan Cafiero and John Moroz represented both parties.
