A pediatric dental practice is expanding in New Jersey after securing more than 2,400 square feet in North Bergen, in a newly announced deal by NAI James E. Hanson.
The provider, Dentistry for Children, will join the two-story, 7,200-square-foot medical office building at 7500 Bergenline Ave. under a deal with KSPF Holdings LLC, according to a news release. The new location will provide pediatric dental and orthodontic care, combining specialized training and advanced technology to deliver safe, effective treatment and adding the practice’s existing sites in Cliffside Park, Howell, Jackson, Jersey City, Lakewood, Lodi, Neptune and Toms River.
NAI Hanson vice presidents Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented ownership in the 2,411-square-foot deal, touting the building’s location at the corner of 75th Street and on the town’s main thoroughfare. Ryan Edwards of Menlo Group represented Dentistry for Children.
“As health care increasingly shifts to a community-based model, downtown medical office buildings like 7500 Bergenline Avenue continue to be highly attractive to prospective tenants,” Lizzack said. “We continue to see strong demand from health care providers looking for modern, accessible space in established neighborhoods, and we are pleased to welcome Dentistry for Children to this vibrant medical corridor.”
