A pediatric ear, nose and throat practice has taken more than 5,700 square feet at a Cherry Hill office building, in a deal arranged by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The tenant, Next Wave Pediatric ENT LLC, is leasing the space at 1940 Route 70 under a deal with Needleman Management, according to a news release. The 5,725-square-foot office will serve as the home of the newly launched practice, providing easy access for patients and staff in a location that’s minutes from Interstate 295, Route 73 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Rose Commercial Real Estate’s Michelle Marinello represented the tenant, working alongside Dr. Ryan Walker of Next Wave Kids and Jackie Needleman of Needleman Management.
