A life sciences company has leased nearly 2,200 square feet of medical office space in Cherry Hill, under a newly announced transaction by Vantage Commercial.
In a news release, the brokerage team said the site at 1020 North Kings Highway will provide expansion space for Continental Clinical Solutions LLC. The pharmaceutical and clinical trial business is taking 2,175 square feet at the property, which provides easy access to and from the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 295 and Route 70, in the lease with Jackie Needleman.
Emily Stein, director of health care services at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with Amrit Chahal and Saleh Stevens of Continental Clinical Solutions to complete the deal.
“Continental Clinical Solutions is well positioned for success and growth at 1020 North Kings Highway,” Stein said. “The first-floor space will be easily accessible and welcoming for their clients and patients. This company is doing amazing things for the pharmaceutical industry. Clinical trials advance science and medicine, leading to cures, advanced diagnoses and better treatments.”
