Pierson Commercial has made a new addition to its retail brokerage team.
The Marlboro-based firm announced this week that it has hired Neil Ruppert. In his new role, he will be tasked with expanding Pierson’s deep portfolio of commercial projects, representing both landlords and retailers throughout New Jersey.

Prior to joining Pierson Commercial, Ruppert was a student-athlete at Monmouth University, where he received a business degree in real estate from the Kislak Real Estate Institute.

Pierson, founded in 2011, represents clients including high-profile regional and national retailers, according to a news release. Its team has been tasked with marketing more than 2 million square feet of retail space, including major downtown redevelopments, ground-up developments and existing shopping centers throughout central and northern New Jersey.
