A podiatry practice has leased 1,608 square feet of medical office space in Lodi, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Monday.
The team of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented Sapna Investments, the landlord at 4 Hunter St., in the transaction with Dr. Kenya Lazovik LLC. The provider will occupy a space previously leased to Holy Name Hospital, part of a two-story, 14,500-square-foot building with parking and an on-site bank.
The property is also near downtown Lodi’s shopping centers and close to routes 21 and 46 and Interstate 80.
“Northern New Jersey’s population density makes it vital for relocating health care tenants to balance the need to find new patients with ensuring convenience for their existing patient bases,” Lizzack said. “Through highlighting its superior location and ease of access, we were happy to be able to secure a quality tenant for our client’s space and are proud to play a role in providing the community of Lodi with a valuable medical service.”
