PREMIER Design + Build Group has named William Rosa as vice president of construction for its eastern region, filling a key leadership post as it continues its growth in the market.
The firm said Rosa, who has more than 20 years of hands-on construction and field leadership experience, will oversee project management operations throughout the region. That includes providing strategic direction to project teams and ensuring high standards for quality, performance and delivery at every job site.
“William’s construction acumen and proven leadership in complex, fast-paced environments make him an outstanding addition to our team,” said Fred Castelbuono, vice president of field operations with PREMIER. “His ability to lead with precision, develop strong relationships and maintain a relentless focus on quality will serve our clients and our projects exceptionally well as we continue to expand in the eastern region.”
In a news release, the company said Rosa’s extensive background spans estimating, preconstruction, project management and field oversight. PREMIER also touted his ability to navigate local market conditions, coordinate with diverse stakeholders and deliver creative, effective solutions to project challenges.
