A chain of preowned electronics stores has arrived in Paramus after a recent lease arranged by The Goldstein Group, the brokerage team announced Monday.
The operator, PayMore, occupies an undisclosed amount of space at a strip center on 175 Route 4, just before the Route 208 North junction, where it’s now open alongside Dunkin’, C2 Education and Better Home Cabinet & Stone. It’s among more than 35 locations for the Cary, North Carolina-based retailer, whose mission is to reduce e-waste while providing customers a fast, secure and data-safe way to buy, sell and trade electronic devices.
The Goldstein Group represented the tenant, while Debbie Stone and Rich Curran of RIPCO Real Estate represented the landlord, Wespas Associates.
“Paymore has been in business for years,” said Neil Goldstein, a principal with The Goldstein Group. “Over the past few years, they have decided to use the franchise route for expansion and the response has been tremendous.”
