A private investor has purchased a fully leased, 33,000-square-foot industrial building in Hasbrouck Heights, in a deal arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
Brokers with the firm say the property, 60 Railroad Ave., is home to five tenants that benefit from its location just off Route 17 North and eight miles from the George Washington Bridge. Its now-former owner, which was not disclosed, completed the deal after seeking to divest assets from its New Jersey real estate portfolio.
NAI Hanson’s Andrew Somple and Justin Allessio brokered the trade, the terms of which were not disclosed. They noted that the building has 16- to 35-foot ceiling heights, six drive-ins and 400 amps of power.
“There continues to be strong demand for well-located industrial buildings, certainly in central Bergen County,” Somple said. “As always, there’s a strong commitment by both parties to secure the best value possible in a given transaction. We’re proud to has provided the services needed to bridge that gap and secure value for both buyer and seller.”
