A psychiatry practice has leased 2,500 square feet of office space in Cherry Hill, under a transaction arranged by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The real estate services firm said the tenant, Clarity Psychiatric Care, chose the space at 2 Split Rock Drive because of its direct access to Route 70 and its proximity to patients and health care providers around southern New Jersey. Senior Adviser Mike Scanzano completed the leasing assignment for WCRE, representing the practice in its lease with M A Realty Associates LLC.
In a news release, the brokerage noted that 2 Split Rock Drive is also minutes from Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
