A logistics company that occupies more than 48,000 square feet of industrial space in Fairfield has renewed its lease, in one of three new deals by Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey.
Greg Sabato, a principal with the brokerage firm, represented longtime client Best-Way-Trucking in the transaction at 19 Daniel Road. He noted that the 48,100-square-foot building is minutes from Route 46, Interstate 80 and other highways, reflecting the appeal of Fairfield’s commercial districts.
“The strength of the West Essex industrial market is directly tied to its exceptional access to regional infrastructure,” Sabato said. “Tenants here can easily and immediately serve the entire northern New Jersey (and) southern New York State market.
“Furthermore, it is just a short drive from New York City, making it an ideal hub for local, regional and national distribution and logistics.”
In the second transaction, also in Fairfield, Sabato represented the landlord at 26 Just Road in a new lease involving more than 4,100 square feet of industrial flex space. His third deal in the township was a lease at an undisclosed one-story building featuring ample frontage parking.
“Our relationships with clients, some of which extend to 35 years, are built on more than just transactions,” Sabato added. “They’re built on adopting their vision to achieve their commercial real estate goals. It’s this deep-seated local connection that has enabled our clients to truly establish an anchor for their investments and businesses.”
