Toll Bros. Inc. has launched sales at a collection of new townhomes in Asbury Park, in one of the newest additions to the stock of high-end housing near the city’s iconic shoreline.
In a news release, the developer said it has opened a sales center at 400 Cookman Ave. that will give would-be buyers their first look at the three- and four-story dwellings ranging from 1,625 to 2,108 square feet. Pricing for the inventory of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes starts at $1.19 million, Toll Bros. said, touting features such as open floorplans and rooftop terraces with views of the ocean and Wesley Lake.
Residents at what’s known as 400 Lake at Asbury Park will also be just a few blocks from the beach, the city’s historic boardwalk and its vibrant restaurant and nightlife scene.
“400 Lake at Asbury Park offers a unique opportunity to live in a vibrant coastal community while enjoying the high-quality craftsmanship and luxury design that Toll Brothers is known for,” said Jill Sarcia, Toll’s division president in New Jersey. “Home shoppers won’t want to miss the opportunity to own a beautiful home in this iconic location just steps from the shore.”
