Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has unveiled a new Tesla Supercharging station at its Glenpointe property in Teaneck, adding another amenity to the business and hospitality campus.
The firm said last week that the station, which includes 20 superchargers with 250 watts, provides drivers with a highly accessible location at the intersection of interstates 80 and 95. It’s also the first of its kind in Teaneck and joins the world’s largest fast-charging network, which has more than 60,000 Superchargers nationwide, at a campus that has a host of on-site amenities such as Starbucks and Marketplace, an Urban eatery.
“Whether it’s a hotel guest, an office tenant or a visitor grabbing a coffee, we strive to make Glenpointe a place that meets every need,” said Ryan Sanzari, president of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “Adding Tesla Superchargers brings a highly sought-after amenity to our campus and reinforces its role as an important hub in Teaneck.”
Sanzari and the firm’s Newmark leasing team noted that the chargers are the latest sustainability-focused addition to Glenpointe, which has 670,000 square feet of office space across three interconnected buildings and three on-site hotels. Earlier in 2024, the company partnered with clean energy company Brightcore Energy to install a 5,312-panel solar power system on the campus parking garage that now produces about 25 percent of the electric power needs of Glenpointe Center East and Glenpointe Center West.
“Sustainability remains a key priority for today’s office tenants,” said Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “We are proud to further enhance Glenpointe’s electric infrastructure and contribute to a greener future at our campus and beyond.”
