A security solutions firm has leased 13,000 square feet at Glenpointe in Teaneck, one of four leases announced last week by landlord Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The firm, Hanwha Techwin America, relocated from nearby Ridgefield Park to occupy the space at Glenpointe Centre West. The Cushman & Wakefield team of Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan represented Sanzari in the deal at 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd., while Rob Norton of CBRE represented the tenant.
The Hackensack-based landlord and developer announced some 18,350 square feet in leasing activity last week. PhotoScribe Technologies, a firm that designs, manufactures and optimizes laser systems, has leased 1,900 square feet at Glenpointe Centre East.
Also at Glenpointe Centre East, or 300 Frank W. Burr Blvd., PriceManager and Advance Mortgage Corp. renewed leases for 1,950 square feet and 1,500 square feet, respectively.
“Glenpointe, as a business destination, offers tenants a world-class corporate environment with the ability to grow over time,” Jerry L. Barta, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice president and director of leasing and marketing, said in a prepared statement. “We look forward to being part of these successful firms’ growth for many years to come.”
Glenpointe, a 50-acre complex at the intersection of interstates 80 and 95, encompasses Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe office buildings. Along with the existing 350-room Marriott at Glenpointe hotel, fitness center, retail and restaurant offerings, construction is now underway on a new dual-branded hotel featuring the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton brands.
