A home health care provider has renewed its lease at Hackensack’s Court Plaza office campus, where it occupies nearly 13,000 square feet under a deal with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
According to the landlord, Amedisys has been a tenant at 21 Main St. since 2014 and will continue to use the space for general, executive and administrative teams. The office will support a network that spans more than 500 locations across 37 states and the District of Columbia, serving more than 465,000 patients annually with in-home health care, hospice, palliative care and high-acuity care services.
Prostar Commercial Real Estate’s Rob Wolfe represented the tenant in the 12,988-square-foot deal, working in tandem with Sanzari Manager of Leasing and Marketing Carolina Gutierrez.
“Court Plaza continues to distinguish itself as a premier office destination by offering the convenience, amenities and environment that today’s companies and their employees expect,” Gutierrez said. “We are excited to build on our relationship with Amedisys and ensure their space meets the needs of their staff.”
In a news release, Sanzari noted that the three-building, 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza is steps from the Bergen County Courthouse in downtown Hackensack. Tenants have quick access to Interstate 80, routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway, along with public transportation options such as the NJ Transit’s Hackensack Bus Terminal and Essex Street train station.
Amenities include on-site covered parking, a full-service cafeteria, a fitness center and conference room facilities. Ownership added that it has launched a major renovation of the outdoor plaza that will introduce a putting area, soft seating with a fire pit and inviting options for outdoor dining.
