Four tenants have renewed leases totaling 10,250 square feet at a 100,000-square-foot shopping center in Hackensack, the property’s owner announced Monday.
Located at the intersection of Route 17, Summit Avenue and West Pleasantview Avenue, the property is known as Summit Plaza, landlord Alfred Sanzari Enterprises said in a news release. The renewals at 370-380 West Pleasantview Ave. include:
Cosmetics, health and beauty retailer Harmon Face Values (6,100 square feet);
Wize Guys Pizzeria & Restaurant (1,600 square feet);
Fresh as a Daisy, a dry cleaner (1,450 square feet)
The UPS Store (1,100 square feet)
Jerry L. Barta, vice president and director of leasing and marketing with Sanzari, negotiated the leases on behalf of the owner.
“Summit Plaza’s visible location combined with the area’s outstanding demographics makes this a very appealing neighborhood shopping center where both national, regional and local businesses thrive,” said Barta. “We are excited to continue our relationship with this group of long-time tenants and look forward to their continued success.”
Summit Plaza is anchored by a 62,000-square-foot Super Stop & Shop supermarket, Sanzari said. Other tenants include Great Expressions Dental Centers, United Tae Kwon Do Center, Juicy Platter and TITLE Boxing Club.
