A restaurant supply business has found a new home in South Hackensack after agreeing to lease more than 11,000 square feet of commercial space from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
In a news release, the landlord said its property at 24 East Wesley St. is now at full occupancy after the deal with Hackensack Packaging Solutions. The space will support a business that provides clients with high-quality and ecofriendly food packaging products, using only 100 percent biodegradable and recyclable materials, while offering customizable product options to allow operators to tailor their packaging to their brand identity.
“We are thrilled to establish our roots in South Hackensack and have 24 East Wesley serve as our headquarters,” said Sid Madan, owner of Hackensack Packaging Solutions. “The location and layout of the building align perfectly with our needs, and we are excited to be part of the community and leverage all that this space has to offer.”
Sanzari Vice President and Director of Leasing and Marketing Chris DeLorenzo and Manager of Leasing and Marketing Carolina Gutierrez completed the 11,015-square-foot transaction. They touted the 21,965-square-foot building’s location just north of Interstate 80, five miles from the George Washington Bridge and minutes from routes 3, 17 and 46, along with its 14-foot clear ceiling heights and 20- by 20-foot column spacing.
“The Bergen County industrial market continues to experience strong demand from businesses seeking adaptable space with proximity to New York City,” Gutierrez said. “We are happy to welcome Hackensack Packaging Solutions to 24 East Wesley and provide them with a space that checks all the boxes.”
