A real estate firm has renewed and expanded to 10,600 square feet of office space in Teaneck, in the largest of three newly announced transactions by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The tenant, Treetop Development, has been at Sanzari’s Glenpointe campus since 2012. With the renewal at 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd., the multifamily and industrial investor will maintain access to the site’s mixed-use offerings and its immediate access to interstates 80 and 95.
Sanzari also announced a 7,300-square-foot renewal and expansion with The Russell Berrie Foundation and a 7,100-square-foot renewal and expansion with Eastern Fish Co. Both are longtime tenants at Glenpointe, with the former serving as a faith-based philanthropic organization and the latter as a sustainable seafood delivery company.
Newmark’s Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson represented ownership in the three transactions.
“Beyond its tremendous location and robust amenity offerings, what truly sets Glenpointe apart from other office properties in the market is the unique business community we’ve fostered at the campus, built on long-term partnerships with our tenants that help us tap into their unique needs and deliver an unmatched experience for them and their employees,” said Jerry L. Barta, ASE’s vice president and director of leasing and marketing. “We look forward to our ongoing relationships with Treetop Development, The Russell Berrie Foundation and Eastern Fish Company as they continue their tenancy with us at Glenpointe in the months and years to come.”
Located 12 miles from Midtown Manhattan, Glenpointe is home to 670,000 square feet of office space, a 26,000-square-foot fitness center, 700 hotel rooms across three on-site hotels and a host of dining and retail options.
