Seagis Property Group has taken the wraps off nearly 167,000 square feet of new warehouse space in Teterboro that the developer is marketing alongside brokers with CBRE.
The firms noted that the property, 200 Hollister Road, sits at the junction of Interstate 80 and Route 46 with 40-foot clear ceiling heights, parking for 114 vehicles, 46 trailer parking spots, 37 docks and 20 dock locks. That equates to a rare infusion of modern industrial space in the heart of the Meadowlands, providing potential users with access to a strong labor force and the ability to serve customers throughout the tristate region.
CBRE’s Kevin Dudley, Chad Hillyer, Nicholas Klacik and Kate Granahan lead the marketing team for the project.
“The completion of this new facility marks an exciting milestone in our commitment to delivering world-class logistics properties with innovative design elements and sustainability features,” said Omer Mir Ahmed, chief development officer for Seagis Property Group. “This strategic location provides unparalleled access to New York City and the regional highway network. Our ability to bring this project to market quickly is a testament to our partnership with the Borough of Teterboro which was extremely supportive and fast-tracked this project.”
The 166,725-square-foot facility also has 3,580 square feet of modern office space with a high-performance glass and brick front façade, Seagis and CBRE said, along with four electric vehicle charging stations and a solar-ready roof.
“200 Hollister Road is one of the best-in-class industrial facilities in the Meadowlands market,” Dudley said. “We are thrilled to be offering such high-quality warehouse and Class A office space that meets every requirement demanded by industrial users in today’s dynamic market.”
