Boutique real estate advisory firm Branch Industrial has expanded its team with the addition of Jeremy Wernick as a senior director.
The company, which has completed more than $500 million in transactions since its 2023 founding by Burry Klein, said Wernick joins its team after six years with CBRE. In his new role, he’ll spearhead the firm’s efforts to source deals in northern and central New Jersey, drawing on relationships with local players and vast experience with institutional-grade properties.
“It’s a very exciting time to join the Branch team,” Wernick said. “As the market begins to steady, we believe there is a lot of opportunity out there for the groups that have been staying on the ball.”
The firm, which has offices in Teaneck and Manhattan, added that Wernick has brokered more than $1 billion in sales transactions.
“Jeremy is a huge addition for Branch,” said Klein, the firm’s managing director. “He helped build a great book of business at CBRE and we can’t wait for him to bring his expertise to Branch.”
