The owner of a South Brunswick office building has secured renewals with two technology firms, in a set of newly announced deals by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The larger tenant, Moofwd, is a payment solutions provider that occupies 3,368 square feet at the Route 1 property in the township’s Monmouth Junction section, according to a news release. The second, Inrika Inc., is an enterprise-level IT services firm with a footprint of 3,287 square feet.
Sheldon Gross President Marcy Gross, Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Assistant Vice President Joshua Glussky represented ownership in the transactions at 3759 Route 1. Moofwd and Inrika have been tenants for five and three years, respectively, benefiting from the building’s proximity to Princeton and Trenton and access to Manhattan and Philadelphia.
“These lease renewals reflect the property’s quality and suitability for helping tech companies thrive,” Gross said. “Tenants appreciate the upscale, professional setting and the location provides easy access throughout the region.”
