The owners of an office condominium building in Fair Lawn have tapped Sheldon Gross Realty to manage the nearly 26,000-square-foot property.
In a news release, the real estate firm said the building at 17-10 River Road is home to everything ranging from law firms to a historical society. With the new assignment, Sheldon Gross is responsible for all aspects of management, including system upgrades, compliance, security and landscaping.
The team added that 17-10 River Road, which spans 25,600 square feet, is less than a mile from Route 208 and less than four miles both from Interstate 80 and Route 17. It’s also 20 miles from Midtown Manhattan.
“An office condominium like this one in Fair Lawn can have significant economic and social impact,” Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross said. “You have multiple, distinct businesses under one roof and, since most own their offices, they’re likely to maintain a long-term, local presence. As a property manager, we’re committed to addressing their varied needs by ensuring the building functions precisely as intended.”
