A title insurance agency has signed a lease renewal in Millburn as part of a newly announced office deal by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The tenant, Clear Skies Title, has occupied space at 16 Bleeker St. since relocating from Cranford in 2020, according to a news release. Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Barbara Gross represented the company in that move and its recent renewal.
“Clear Skies Title had specific objectives and requirements and this space within the Tahari building continues to check every box,” Gross said. “When Eli Tahari acquired this flex building, he created a decidedly upscale environment in one portion of it, with lots of glass, high and exposed ceilings and upscale furnishings. Combined with proximity to multiple highways and Millburn’s many amenities, this makes for an ideal location for my client.”
Clear Skies Title, which provides title insurance and settlement services in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, occupies an undisclosed amount of space at the building.
“It has not only has been a pleasure to work with Barbara, but her market knowledge, including of spaces not currently on the market, assured us we were seeing everything we needed to consider,” said Victor Ng, a partner with Clear Skies Title. “She zoned in on our key requirements, working with us from the beginning until even beyond our move. As a result, we were very comfortable working with her on our renewal, as well.”
