The owners of five commercial buildings in Monmouth and Middlesex counties have tapped Sheldon Gross Realty to manage the properties.
In a news release, the firm said the portfolio spans 130,970 square feet with a combined 23 tenants, primarily in the light industrial, warehouse and business-service sectors. It’s now overseeing day-to-day operations at the buildings — which share elements of common ownership — having managed their bookkeeping and financial operations since 2022.
The sites include 1716 Ginesi Drive, 501-533 Okerson Road and 125 Halls Mills Road in Freehold and 3160 Bordentown Road in Old Bridge and 968 Shrewsbury Ave. in Tinton Falls. Sheldon Gross also continues to handle financial work for a sixth property within the group, a vacant parcel in Millstone that’s currently under development.
“During the past several years, we’ve established a strong working relationship with the owners of these properties,” Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross said. “From there, it was a natural next step for them to entrust us with full responsibility for management. I’m delighted and proud that they did.”
Along with the five locations in Monmouth and Middlesex countries, Sheldon Gross Realty said it also manages properties in Brick, Cedar Knolls, Cranford, East Orange, Livingston, Neptune, Summit and South Plainfield.
