Investors have acquired a six-unit apartment building in North Bergen for nearly $900,000, in a deal arranged by Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management.
According to the brokerage team, the property at 1206 13th St. changed hands for the first time in more than two decades. The firm’s Chris Gerena and Chris Cervelli brokered the $895,000 all-cash transaction, noting that the private buyers are active in the township and emerged as ideal candidates when the longtime owner decided to sell.
Cervelli also arranged the sale of the building, which has separate utilities and central air conditioning, to the now-former owner.
“This building was nostalgic for us to sell as it was one of the first multifamily properties I brokered early in my career,” Chris Cervelli said.
