Accounting and financial services firm Smolin Lupin has moved to Parsippany, where it occupies 20,000 square feet under a lease arranged by Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey.
According to a news release, the practice relocated to 10 Waterview Blvd. after 24 years in nearby Fairfield. It’s now among the newest additions to Waterview Corporate Centre, which spans more than 211,000 square feet across three stories, occupying an 18-acre site just off Route 202 and easily accessible from Interstate 287 and Route 46.
RRNNJ principals Tom Consiglio and Scott Peck represented the tenant. They worked alongside Tracey Kasper of Kasper Collaborative LLC, who served as project manager for the new office space and spearheaded the design and buildout phases, ensuring the project aligned with Smolin’s vision and culture and was completed on time and on budget.
“Smolin’s move to Waterview Corporate Centre is more than just a change of address — it’s a strategic investment in their future,” Consiglio said. “This new space provides a dynamic, amenity-rich environment that aligns with their culture of innovation and collaboration, making it the perfect home to attract and retain top talent for years to come.”
According to RRNNJ, the advisory, tax and accounting firm will provide employees with advanced technology and other perks that will support its workplace experience. Additional amenities at Waterview Corporate Centre include a full-service café with seating, a fitness center with Peloton stations, a yoga studio, a tenant lounge and game room, covered solar carports, outdoor seating, an on-site conference center and after-hours keycard access.
The property is also near banking, hospitality, dining and retail options, the news release said. Shake Shack, Old Navy, The Paper Store, DSW, Homesense and Whole Foods Market are all within an eight-minute walk.
