An e-commerce company focused on snack foods has taken 33,000 square feet in Carlstadt, under a newly announced sublease by Atlantic Real Estate Services.
The brokerage firm said it represented Graze.com in the transaction at 570 Commerce Blvd. The company, which offers and delivers personalized snack boxes, is subleasing the warehouse and distribution space from Locus Telecommunications.
Matt Dudzinski of Atlantic Real Estate represented Graze.com, while Resource Realty represented Locus.
“Matt did an excellent job,” Jordan Hill, U.S. supply chain head for Graze.com, said in a prepared statement. “He knew the market inside and out, made sure they saw all possible options, and was extremely instrumental in helping Graze.com get the approvals needed from the master landlord.
“We look forward to our continued relationship with Atlantic and future opportunities to work together.”
